The following conditions MUST be adhered to by Guests staying at Gairatpur Bungalow:

1. Right of admission reserved
2. The premises occupancy agreement / Check In sheet to be signed by All guests and they all will be held responsible for all compliance.
3. Narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, intoxicants, carriage/use in the premises is prohibited.
4. Guests MUST not contravene narcotics drugs and psychotropic substances Act, Drug control act, Arms Act, Immoral traffic prevention Act, State Excise Act, and other national, state and municipal acts and rules made there under.
5. ID proof is a MUST for each guest entering the premises. Original along with a photocopy there of must be carried by guest and produced at check in. Photocopy will be retained by GB.
6. No smoking inside the bungalow.
7. No parking outside the premises. Guests are responsible for their vehicles and possessions. GB bears no responsibility for any losses or damages.
8. Swimming pool will be closed at 8 pm. Pool usage is allowed only in swim wear. Do not enter the bungalow premises wet barefooted as one may slip on marble floor.
9. Food, beverages and provisioning to be ordered prior thru mail.
10. Do not disturb the environment, villagers and surroundings. Do not pluck fruits and vegetables from the premises.

11. RTGS payment is accepted. The details are as follows:
